Drop-off and Pick-up PROTOCOLS

Below are our drop-off and pick-up protocols to review. Please be courteous of our staff and our time. We receive and send home *many* dogs in a day!
Please use the REAR ENTRANCE ONLY for drop-offs and pick-ups.
We understand the inconvenience of not being able to access our front door for drop-off and pick-ups throughout the day as we offered pre-pandemic. However, this decision to keep our front door locked post-pandemic was made with the safety and well-being of our daycare dogs in mind. We feel this is the best option to keep our daycare pack and grooming dogs relaxed and happy and appreciate your cooperation!

- Once you arrive to drop-off, offer your dog the opportunity to have a quick potty break.
- Text 781-325-6088 when you have your dog at the back door.
- Once we receive a text, we will be out as quickly as possible for your dog.
- When you arrive to pick-up, text 781-325-6088 when you are at the back door.
- During nice weather, we often have our back door open for ventilation with the screen door closed for safety. If you are here to drop-off or pick-up at the back door, please text as usual rather than knock at / speak into the screen door. Calling into the back door startles the dogs and causes barking, something we try to keep at a minimum!
