january 2024: Our DAYCARE / PUPPY PRE-SCHOOL program is full and We are unable to accept any new clients for puppy pre-school or dog daycare.

Our goal has always been to provide Arlington residents with an option for fun & safe indoor canine play. We carefully consider each dog and puppy through a thorough evaluation and trial day process to ensure compatibility before offering acceptance into our program. We require all of our daycare participants to be well-mannered, well-socialized with dogs and people, and have polite group play skills. Our clients have the utmost confidence in our ability to construct a safe and supervised group!
We accept puppies as early as 8 weeks of age and are not biased against dogs of any particular breed, breed mix, size, or age. We also accept intact adult dogs. We firmly believe in evaluating each puppy and dog as an individual, however, we will not evaluate dogs for daycare if there is a history of aggressive behavior with other dogs and / or people. Our daycare group is mixed - all ages and all sizes of dogs. Our strict evaluation process ensures the safety of even our smallest canine clients and we do not tolerate rough play. Our adult dogs are incredibly tolerant of puppy antics and take their role as appropriate 'teachers' to the young pups very seriously!
Our hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Puppy Pre-School Rate: $35.00 / day
Daycare Rate: $30.00 / day
*The introductory rate is $35 / day for all new daycare clients - once your dog is acclimated to our facility and no longer requires special assistance, the rate will drop down to the regular $30 / day*
If you are interested in applying for our wait list, please fill out our evaluation form at the bottom of the page. Once we receive your form and verify your dog's vaccination status, we can schedule a 15-minute, $15.00 evaluation once an opening in our program occurs. If your dog passes this initial evaluation, we will schedule a $35.00 trial day to ensure compatibility!

Puppy Pre-School FAQ
Pre-School is for puppies 8 weeks old and up
Puppy Pre-School is a fantastic way to prepare your puppy to be a stable and confident adult dog. While your puppy is here for daycare and playing with our group, we will also work on crate training, socialization with friendly people, polite greeting behaviors toward people and other dogs, polite manners, and handling skills. During group potty walks, we will work with your puppy on housebreaking, polite leash walking, and socialization to common city noises (traffic, sirens, bicycles, etc.) If your puppy would benefit from more extensive training, we offer a "Train & Play" program, where your puppy will work individually with an instructor on any specific issues you are having with your puppy or obedience commands that need strengthening. We communicate your puppy's progress with you and will follow up with a private lesson with your family. Train & Play sessions are $35 / 30 minutes with a discount pre-pay option available. Please provide a bagged lunch or mid-day snack for your puppy. If you do not provide one, we will give your puppy a complimentary biscuit at lunch time. Once your puppy is 6 months old, they should be ready to transition to our regular daycare program and your daily rate should drop to $30 / day. Our Puppy Pre-School and Daycare group share the same play space, we just provide the extra training, time, and attention to the puppies to help with proper training & socialization during their crucial developmental time periods. We require puppies under 6 months of age to be current on Distemper / Parvo vaccinations as well as have a current negative fecal flotation. |

Daycare is for dogs aged 6 months and up Our dogs play, nap, and socialize freely. The group can be seen by anyone who walks by our glass storefront or enters the front door of our facility. We specialize in creating a cozy and comfortable environment where your dog can get all the attention and exercise they require! We take all of the dogs out on group walks multiple times per day for potty breaks. We are a crate-free facility, however we do require your dog to briefly crate quietly for safety purposes. We provide our own crates for dogs who get a meal at lunchtime and for the occasional dog who would prefer to nap in a crate. We will feed any requested meals while your dog is here and any dog without a bagged lunch from home will receive a complimentary biscuit at lunch time. Our dogs are happy to be here and it shows - we post daily pictures and videos on our social media! We run a very structured program and focus on good manners and correct behavior using positive reinforcement techniques. We discourage bad habits such as jumping, excessive barking, eliminating indoors, and pulling on the leash during walks. If your dog is in need of obedience training, we offer a "Train & Play" program, where your dog will work individually with an instructor on any specific issues or commands that need improvement. Train & Play sessions are $35 / 30 minutes with a discount pre-pay option available. We require daycare dogs to be current on Distemper / Parvo / Rabies vaccines (we accept Titres in lieu of vaccines) and have a yearly negative fecal flotation. We do not require the kennel cough vaccination for daycare. |
